Desde su fundación, La Sociedad de Cirujia Plastica Reconstrictiva y Estetica (SODOCIPRE) brings together an important, capable, and a select group of specialists, plastic surgeons, under the faithful compliance with the statutes and codes of ethics in force in the Dominican Medical College and FILACP. The institution has made great contributions to the Dominican Society through their members, many of which do a commendable job trying to low-income patients in public hospitals, giving reconstructive procedures, and returned to productive life. He has also done important campaigns for the prevention of burns and injuries from fireworks preventing comes the pain to the families in the dominican republic. Has maintained a continuous line and upward in search of the excellence of its members by sponsoring programs of continuing education, promoting conferences of teachers of the plastic surgery world, and teachers with national and international organizing courses, workshops, symposia and national and international conferences.
